Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want FOREsight to be easy to try and easy to leave. This policy explains how our free trial, billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at $5 per month.

Billing

Subscriptions are $5 per month (USD) and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings, which open a secure Stripe billing portal where you can end your subscription. You can also email us at support@foresightgolfing.com and we will help. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Because we offer a 14-day free trial that lets you fully evaluate the Service before paying, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. That said, we want you to be treated fairly. If you were charged in error, experienced a significant Service problem, or believe your situation warrants a refund, contact us at support@foresightgolfing.com and we will review your request in good faith.

Price changes

If we ever change the subscription price, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply only to your future billing periods. You can cancel before a price change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
